All Union engineering students complete a year long design project as part of their curriculum. Projects are often motivated by student extracurricular interests, a research problem, or a need that has been identified on or off campus.
There are many opportunities for leadership and engagment in engineering clubs. Among other things, these organizations host events, work on design projects, help out in the community, and educate the public about engineering.
